San Diego County Sheriff's deputies are investigating the death of a three-month old girl found not breathing Wednesday at a Solana Beach home daycare.
The child's caretaker called 911 from the home on Santa Helena reporting the baby, who had been napping, was not breathing, deputies told the North County Times.
The girl was pronounced dead at Scripps Hospital in Encinitas.
The home daycare operator was watching three children at the time, the paper reported.
