Customers go into the Michael's in La Mesa for yarn, paint supplies and craft kits. On Tuesday afternoon, they were shocked and stunned to see two masked men walk into the craft store waving guns and demanding money.

The two men each used a handgun to threaten employees and customers to the floor while they stole money and jewelry off the customers as well as money from the store's registers according to La Mesa police. The suspects then took off in a white sedan.

If you have any information about this case, call La Mesa police at (619) 667-1400 or Crimestoppers (888) 580-TIPS. You can remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest.
