The Spreckels Mansion on July 13, the day Rebecca Zahau was discovered dead in the home's courtyard.

In the last three years, Coronado police responded to a dozen calls originating from the homes owned by Jonah Shacknai and his ex-wife Dina Romano.

The couple are parents of Max Shacknai, the boy who fell from the staircase inside the Spreckels Mansion on July 11 suffering fatal injuries.

Two days later, at the same historic mansion on Ocean Boulevard, the body of Rebecca Zahau was discovered hanging by a rope from the second-story balcony.

Zahau, 32, was the girlfriend of pharmaceutical company executive Jonah Shacknai.

As San Diego County sheriff’s homicide investigators wait for forensics in Zahau’s death, Coronado police officers released 911 records for the mansion and the home on G Avenue occupied by Romano.

Rebecca Zahau, girlfriend of multi-millionaire Jonah Shacknai, was found dead in a "suspicious" manner last week at the Spreckels Mansion that Shacknai owned, authorities said.

NBCSanDiego obtained a copy of those records and found officers were called to the G Avenue home just before midnight July 3 for a noise complaint.

The records indicate officers responded to another noise complaint from the G Avenue home on August 9, 2010.

Police records indicate officers were called to the Spreckels Mansion seven times since 2008. The calls ranged from reports of vandalism, second-degree burglary and petty theft.

Police reports detailing a bitter end to Jonah Shacknai and Dina Romano's marriage were released one day after the death of 6-year-old Max. Each filed separate police reports during their marriage. No charges were filed.

Coronado police are investigating the child’s death. San Diego County sheriff’s investigators are investigating Zahau’s death. It has not been determined whether the two cases are related. Both departments are working to determine what may have happened in the days before the two deaths.
