A man has been trying to lure middle school aged girls into his Dodge Caravan in Spring Valley, deputies said.
Francisco Daniel approached the girls near La Presa Middle School between November 18 and November 20, according to investigators.
“Daniel has no prior criminal history, but he did have a prior law enforcement contact for similar allegations in November of 2008,” Detective Joe Sherman.
A warrant for Daniel's arrest was issued on Dec. 17. The arrest warrant has since been cleared.
