The Laugh Factory in Long Beach will host a benefit show Thursday to honor two fallen Marines.

Marine Sgt. Major Robert Cottle, 45, and Marine Lance Cpl. Rick Centanni, 19, were killed in a roadside bomb attack on March 24 while serving in Afghanistan. Cottle also served as an LAPD SWAT officer, the Long Beach Press-Telegram reported. Both men are from Yorba Linda.

Stand-up comedian Tommy Davidson (pictured) will host event. Other comedians include Bob Oschack, Bret Ernst and Bryan Callen, according to the Laugh Factory's website.

The show, "A Salute to American Heroes 2010," will start at 8 p.m. General admission tickets are $25 and VIP tickets are $35.

"All proceeds from the tribute to Robert Cottle and Rick Centanni will be presented to the newly-renamed Robert J. Cottle Returning Veterans Fund and the  Rick J. Centanni Fallen Heroes Scholarship Fund," according to organizers.
