Coaster Train Heading Downtown Stopped for Police Activity

A Coaster train heading to downtown San Diego stopped and shut down in Mission Hills due to police activity at the scene, officials said. 

The incident happened at 10:43 a.m. Monday at West Washington Street and Pacific Highway.

San Diego police, San Diego Fire-Rescue officials and San Diego Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene. 

The train, SB C648, ended its trip at Old Town, and passengers were given the option to continue their trip with the trolley.
