A man was air-lifted from a cliff in Torrey Pines after he fell while climbing.
At about 4:30 p.m. lifeguards got word of an injured climber just above Black's Beach.
The man was about one-third of the way up the cliffs, just below the Torrey Pines Glider Port.
They sent a helicopter to hoist the man off the cliff. He reported minor injuries.
