A civilian construction worker was seriously injured on the job at MCAS Miramar Thursday and died as a result of his injuries, the MCAS Miramar Public Affairs Office confirmed.
According to officials, the civilian suffered a fatal fall aboard MCAS Miramar.
No further information was disclosed.
The death is under investigation and the victim’s name has not yet been released.
