Chargers DE Has New Sack Workout

Corey Liuget sees a way to put more QBs on the ground in 2015

In his first four years in the NFL, Chargers defensive end Corey Liuget has 18.0 quarterback sacks. That's pretty good for a defensive end in a 3-4 defense without a dominant nose tackle next to him.

But, Liuget knows he's let more than a few sacks slip, literally, right through his hands. So, Corey has devised a new way to make sure a QB who gets trapped does not get away.

In an NBC 7 Sportswrap exclusive, Liuget explains his new routine and the reason behind it to NBC 7's Derek Togerson.
