A car spins out and flips over into a ditch near the freeway in Mission Valley on Monday night.
The crash happened at approximately 8:34 p.m. near the connector between the southbound State Route 163 and eastbound Interstate 8, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
CHP says the crash was releated to the rain. There were no injuries reported.
No other information was immediately available.
