Cal Fire crews used a helicopter to rescue an injured, distressed hiker in Black Canyon, near Ramona.
The rescue happened at approximately 1:25 p.m. Sunday.
The distressed hiker was trapped in Black Canyon, near Ramona, in San Diego's East County.
A hoist ship helped rescue the hiker.
It is unclear what injuries the hiker suffered.
