San Diego-based Bumble Bee Foods, one of the world’s top 10 branded seafood companies, will be bought by a British company, according to published reports.
Lion Capital LLP has announced it will buy the tuna company for an undisclosed sum.
Bumble Bee has 1700 employees in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
