A young man found dead along the shore in Imperial Beach has been identified.
Oswaldo Valle Lopez, 25, was found dead between breaking boulders along Seacoast Drive, according to the county medical examiner.
Deputies said a passerby called 911 to report the body around 4 p.m. Sunday, telling emergency dispatchers that the body was cold to the touch.
The cause of death remains under investigation.
