Body Found Outside Columbia Towers

A body found outside of the Columbia Towers high-rise on State Street downtown early Tuesday morning has been ruled a suicide.
Investigators say the person appears to climbed into a trash chute and travelled down head first from the ninth floor.
The call came into police at 8:01 a.m., after a someone found the body laying outside.
Police are investigating and are unsure of the nature of the person's death.
