The body of a man found dead behind a dumpster in rural Lakeside has been identified.
Billy Hileman, 41, was found dead on a driveway, behind a blue dumpster, in the 12100 block of Wildcat Canyon Road shortly after 2 p.m. Friday, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.
The scene was sealed off and homicide detectives were called in because the nature of the man’s death was deemed "suspicious," said Sgt. Roy Frank.
Hileman suffered no obvious traumatic injuries, according to investigators.
The cause of death is pending and the case is being investigated by the San Diego County Sheriff's Dept.
