Emergency crews responded to a fire on a boat anchored near Harbor Island Wednesday morning.
The fire on the boat was fully-involved when firefighters arrived to the scene on 2040 Harbor Island Drive, department officials said.
When NBC 7 arrived to the scene, the fire appeared contained, but the boat was blackened and scorched from the flames.
The damage to the boat was $600,000, according to officials.
