Blackwater Under Fire Again In San Diego

Accused of "fostering a culture of lawlessness," the security contractor formerly known as "Blackwater Worldwide" is slapped with two more federal lawsuits.  The lawsuits join a third filed last week here in San Diego. 

It all stem from separate shooting incidents in Iraq.  

So far, federal prosecutors have charged Blackwater "contractors"  with manslaughter and weapons violations, but not the company itself.

Blackwater has a training facility in the South Bay.
