A man in a non-motorized wheelchair was arrested Monday morning on a downtown street corner, accused of robbing a nearby bank.

An employee at the Chase Bank on 7th and Broadway followed the suspect to the corner of 7th and F Street.

Police officers surrounded the man just before 11 a.m. and appeared to be stumped over how to transport the man to jail.

They eventually pulled up a minivan and helped lift the cuffed suspect into the back seat.

Officers said the suspect used a BB gun during the robbery.
