Airgain on the Move

Antenna technology firm Airgain Inc. has traded its North County space for a more centrally located headquarters that can better accommodate its growth, the company said.

The business has been growing at 60 percent yearly over the past three years, CEO Charles Myers said in an April 8 announcement.

Airgain left space in Carlsbad in favor of its new headquarters at 3611 Valley Centre Drive in San Diego’s Carmel Valley neighborhood.

The business also has test centers in Taipei, Taiwan and Suzhou, China.

Airgain offers antenna products, integration support and test services for in-home wireless devices. The business said it has 51 employees, up from the 35 employees in September.

The business’ financial backers include Northwater Capital Management Inc. and Gen3 Capital LP, as well as unnamed angel investors.
