According to a resume posted online, 25-year-old Chrystina Delrosario received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University in 2010. A teacher's aide is on unpaid leave after being accused of having sex with a teenage student. Rory Devine spoke to school officials about the alleged crime.
Chrystina Delrosario, 25, was charged with performing a lewd act on a minor.
Police said school officials heard a rumor that she had sex with a 15-year-old student on school grounds and asked authorities to investigate. Delrosario was arrested on July 18.
She works as a teacher's aide at Reflections Central School, an educational program for young offenders, according to police.
Delrosario is currently out on a $100,000 bond. The maximum sentence, if convicted, is four years in prison.
Delrosario will appear in court again for a readiness hearing Aug. 8.
