Traffic is stalled on eastbound highway 94 after a trash truck got stuck in a road barrier in Lemon Grove.
The incident happened shortly after 3:30 p.m. between Federal Boulevard and highway 125 at the Spring Street exit.
The fire department is blocking the third and fourth lanes of traffic on the 94, and delays could be expected for an hour.
