The Oceanside Police Department has located a missing 92-year-old who was at-risk.
Kenneth Riener first went missing at 10:30 a.m. Saturday when his daughter said he left their home at the 1400 block of Highridge Drive to go on a walk. Police began investigating just after 4 p.m. Saturday. He was found in good health at 6:20 a.m. Sunday by Vista Sheriff's officials in the area of East Vista Way and Osborne.
Riener has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. He is approximately 5’9”, 140 pounds, with gray black hair and hazel eyes.
