A car involved in a rollover accident on the northbound I-805 caught fire in the roadway's shoulder Monday evening.
The accident occurred during rush-hour Monday evening on the I-805 near Orange Ave. when a car crashed, rolling over onto the right shoulder of the interstate, California Highway Patrol authorities said.
The driver was able to get out of the car before it caught fire, but medics were requested to assist the driver.
A Sig Alert was issued in the area, and the #4 lane was blocked while emergency crews responded to the scene.
