On Saturday night, minors were cited for possession of alcohol, drugs, and tobacco during a multi-agency operation in the South Bay region.
Officers from National City, Chula Vista, San Diego Police, Probation and the Sheriff’s department were all involved said officer Rusty Nelson.
During the operation, 45 minors were cited for possession of alcohol and two of them were under the age of 18 said officer Nelson.
One minor was in possession of marijuana.
Another minor was cited for possession of tobacco and two minors were caught urinating in public.
