Three teens were arrested Wednesday after police believe they stabbed three other individuals.

At least one of the suspects is a documented gang member, Oceanside police say.

Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Pierview Way in Oceanside to respond to reports of a fight. When they arrived, they found one teenager injured from a stab wound.

The teen was airlifted to the hospital for treatment.

Later, two other stabbing victims arrived at the Tri City Medical Center Emergency Room. All three victims sustained non-life threatening wounds.

Two of the possible suspects were stopped by police as they fled the scene, and were later arrested for the assault. The third suspect was arrested from his home. Police say at least one of the three suspects is a gang member.

Based on a subsequent investigation, police believe the victims and suspects were involved in an argument earlier Wednesday afternoon.

Investigation is ongoing, and a motive for the stabbings has not been identified yet.
