    • Trapeze High: Get in some cardio and work those arm muscles as you soar through the sky like a circus act. Beginning trapeze classes teach trapeze lingo, how to hang upside down by your knees, and other mid-air tricks. Bring an open mind and a sense of adventure.  trapezehigh.com
    • T’ai Chi: Just a few minutes a day can help steady your mind and relieve stress. The Walking Tiger Tai Chi Qigong Club offers a free class every Saturday at 11 a.m. near Founder's Plaza (when it's not raining.)
    • P90X: This new routine incorporates 12 sweat-inducing, muscle-pumping workouts designed to get your body in swimsuit shape in just 90 days.  Places such as the D.R.E.A.M Wellness Center, located in Del Mar and Pacific Beach offer the program that will achieve a new, healthy body-type in three months alone.  dreamwellness.com
