If you're going to use ecstasy, Los Angeles County reportedly has some advice for you:

"Take frequent breaks."

"Stay hydrated."

"Aim low (dose AND frequency)."

Those are just a few of the warnings reportedly featured in a new campaign from the county, according to leaflets obtained by LA Weekly.

LA weekly has posted the fliers online here. According to the newspaper, the county plans to give out the leaflets at upcoming raves.
