Are you out of shape?  Do you eat a lot of junk food?  Did your parents, grandparents, aunts or uncles have diabetes?  If you answered yes to any of these questions then the ADA has a challenge for you.

Today, March 22 is Alert Day, the day the American Diabetes Association advises every man, woman and child to look in the mirror and if they don't like what they see then they need to take a very important first step - get tested.

That's the challenge issued today by the ADA, to take a free, online test to see what your risk is of contracting Type-2 diabetes.  It only takes a few minutes and it could save your life.

The ADA is hoping at least 1million Americans will heed the call and take the challenge between now and April 22.
