Ben & Jerry's Not Natural

As fattening as Ben & Jerry's ice cream is, the company's all-natural claims, abbreviated list of ingredients, and hippie-dippy Burlington headquarters, all make the product seem healthier. Not so.

Certain flavors like Cherry Garcia contain "cocoa processed with alkali, which cuts acidity, and nutrition-boosting flavanols."

Others, such as the Creme Brulee includes "maltodextrin, a sweetener produced from cornstarch, and corn syrup," writes the Washington Post.
