Zuckerberg's Mission District Mansion Has Bar, Greenhouse

Team Zuckerberg performs $1.6 million in upgrades to $10 million home.

It's a palace fit for a brogrammer -- or an entire neighborhood's worth of them.

But the 5,542-square foot Dolores Heights house complete with greenhouse, mudroom, wine room and wet bar will have to do for Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and spouse Dr. Priscilla Chan.

Zuckerberg and Chan have spent $1.6 million thus far on remodeling the house to add some of the rooms mentioned above -- and then some, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The home was bought for $9.9 million last year by a holding company believed to be the Zuck's, according to reports -- though the house, stripped to its bones, has not yet been inhabited. Nor has the power couple been spotted there by workers, the newspaper reported.

That said, it's reported that "the Zuckerbergs" have spent $720,000 alone adding new rooms to their property. They were also spotted in Hawaii earlier this month looking at real estate, so it's unsure how much time -- if any at all -- they'll spend in the Mission.

Aside from hanging out at Dolores Park, of course.
