Man Arrested on Suspicion of Indecent Exposure at IE Elementary School

Deputies arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself at an elementary school in Riverside County on Saturday morning.

An adult victim reported seeing the man exposing himself about 8 a.m. in the lunch area of Todd Elementary School in Temescal Valley, a small community about 10 miles south of Corona, according to a Riverside County Sheriff's Department news release.

There were no children present at the time of the crime, deputies said.

The man fled the school, but the victim allegedly followed him to a home around the corner in the 11000 block of Marygold Way.

Deputies arrived to the home and took the man into custody without incident. He was identified as 26-year-old Andrew Isaac Foster of Temescal Valley.

Foster was booked at the Southwest Detention Center for indecent exposure, under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia, deputies said.

Deputies declined to specify what the controlled substance was.
