As a judge ordered two women to stand trial in the fatal beating of Kim Pham outside a Santa Ana nightclub, a 911 call now made public describes the chaos outside the club as Pham lay unconscious on the sidewalk.
A frantic woman can be heard telling the 911 dispatcher, "There's a fight right here off of Broadway and 4th Street, there's a girl that's unconscious. Everybody is outside."
"There were guys and girls hitting her," the caller told the dispatcher in the six-minute call. "She's breathing, just took a few breaths in."
Kim Pham, 23, was punched, kicked and knocked to the ground while she was outside the Crosby Restaurant and Nightclub on Jan. 18 in a beating that some onlookers captured on cellphone cameras, police said.
"Everybody just ran off," the caller said. "We just walked out of the club and I don't know what happened. They were hitting somebody, she was unconscious."

The Chapman University student who aspired to be a writer was declared dead within a week after the beating after being taken off life support so her organs could be donated, her family said.
Pham died of complications from blunt force trauma to the head, according to a coroner's report.
