The real-life Iron Man has agreed to help Donald Trump.Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX joined the president-elect’s business council on Wednesday, NBC News reported. Two other CEOs, Travis Kalanick of Uber and Indra Nooyi of Pepsi have also joined the council.Musk, who was critical of Trump during the presidential race, was seen at the president-elect's private meeting with tech titans on Wednesday.Trump’s Strategic and Policy Forum includes CEOs of some of the country’s largest companies, such as Walt Disney, General Electric, JP Morgan Chase and Wal-Mart. Its purpose is to advise the president-elect on how to create news jobs, according to a press release from Trump’s transition team.

Walmart has removed a mug from its website after numerous shoppers reported it as “appalling” and “offensive.”The black and white coffee mug was posted to the retail giant’s site with the message “Got Retard?” on it.After numerous complaints, and a Change.org petition asking the company to stop selling the mug, Walmart said it had the item from a third-party seller “removed from the site as soon as we were informed.” “This item violated our policy and we quickly removed it,” Walmart said in a statement on Twitter. “It’s unacceptable a seller put it on our Marketplace.”

Delta Air Lines is rolling out new free snacks for customers in the main cabin, including brand-name yogurt bars and pretzels. Some will come in larger portions than before because, Delta has figured out, that's what customers crave. The menu move comes about a year after United Airlines brought back free snacks by offering noshes like stroopwafels — a gooey Dutch confection — and better coffee. Earlier this year, American Airlines restored free snacks on domestic flights. Airline executives say they're focusing on both big and little things in the battle for customers.

Major U.S. stock indexes are closing at record highs for the second day in a row, as a post-election rally continued following a key monetary policy announcement from the European Central Bank, CNBC reported.The Dow Jones industrial average briefly rose more than 100 points before closing 65 points higher, with Goldman Sachs contributing the most gains.The S&P 500 closed 0.2 percent higher while the Nasdaq composite rose 0.4 percent."This really is the Trump trade," said Phil Blancato, CEO of Ladenburg Thalmann Asset Management. "This trade is about the potential for a more pro-business economy."

Stocks closed slightly higher on Tuesday, boosted by health-care companies like UnitedHealth Group, as investors digested falling oil prices ahead of a key OPEC meeting.The Dow Jones industrial average closed about 25 points higher. CNBC reported. The S&P 500 gained 0.1 percent while the Nasdaq composite outperformed, closing 0.2 percent higher and hitting a new intraday high of 5,403.86. In energy, oil prices fell sharply after it seemed like a deal to reduce oil production among OPEC nations was starting to fall apart ahead of their meeting Wednesday in Vienna. Benchmark U.S. crude fell $1.85, or 3.9 percent, to close at $45.23 a barrel in New York.
