The Coronado Police Department have arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with the assault of a female jogger early Saturday morning.
Devon Dunlap was taken into custody at 7th Avenue and Orange Avenue just before 6:15 p.m. Saturday, police said.
Dunlap is suspected of assaulting a woman shortly before 6 a.m. near the 1000 block of Ocean Blvd.
The victim struggled with the suspect before he was scared away, running north on Ocean Blvd.
No further details about the arrest were made available.
