MURRIETA, Calif. -- A Southern California high school teacher is in police custody, accused of having a sexual relationship with a female student.

Investigators said Crissy Torcella Hisey, 28, of Murrieta, and a 17-year-old girl confessed to having a sexual relationship for several months. The student had not been in any of Hisey's classes this year, but she had been her student in the past, officials said.

Hisey resigned Friday from her job at Vista Murrieta High School. She worked as an English teacher since 2004, according to a district spokesperson. Officials said she had undergone

Her bail is set at $25,000. She is being held on charges of molesting a minor, oral copulation and sending harmful matter to a minor.
