SAN DIEGO -- A postal worker is robbed at gunpoint as she made deliveries on Tuesday.

According to investigators, the carrier robbed at about 11:45 a.m. in the 600 block of F Street in Chula Vista. The two gunman approached the woman while she was making deliveries at an apartment complex, said officials.

A single parcel of trackable first-class mail was targeted in the heist, according to authorities. The person who the mail was addressed to has been contacted, officials told NBC 7/39.
