She told NBC 7/39 she was in Orange County for much of the January day the Rancho Penasquitos attack took place.Last week, detectives seized her extensive video footage of migrant camps, day laborers, rallies and marches to see whether she documented the hate crime.A purported witness told police four men and two women were involved in the vandalism.Czajkowski told NBC 7/39, "Somebody told them, supposedly, that I was seen in the canyon filming that crime. Totally not true."She said she was at a confrontation of day laborers in Dana Point that was covered by the Orange County Register. Czajkowski can be seen with her video camera in a picture taken by the newspaper's photographer.Czajkowski told NBC 7/39 she returned to San Diego and went to Rancho PeÑasquitos to check out migrant camps. She said she left soon after she ran into some people who told her the camps were gone.Czajkowski said she gave detectives her receipt for a gasoline purchase in Orange County.Police had no comment, citing the ongoing investigation. As for her reaction to the hate crime, Czajkowski told NBC 7/39 "Oh, it's terrible. It's horrible."A hassle with her ex-boyfriend, Minutemen founder Jeff Schwilk, which she taped and posted on YouTube, led to her ouster from the group.
