San Diego musician Erick Wales has been missing since Monday, April 19, at 6:30 a.m., and now the police are involved in a search for him.
A member of the band Dehra Dun (now defunct), Wales played keyboards and guitar in the ensemble that would become the Silent Comedy. The following Facebook update was sent out by the band: "This has been a very rough week for us. Our dear friend is missing and we are all concerned and heartbroken."
In a conversation with Joshua Zimmerman of the Silent Comedy, Zimmerman expressed great concern and directed attention to the website FindErickWales.com, which was set up by family and friends and has posted the following description about the missing man:
Age: 24
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 140 pounds
Tall, slender, with blond hair and blue eyes
Last known location: Mission Valley in San Diego (leaving for work)
Last seen wearing: black shirt, blue jeans and a brown belt.
Vehicle Description: Black Saturn Ion with broken right side mirror
