If you’re a fan of food, there are two events this April you won’t want to miss.
The Taste of Hillcrest on April 20 and Taste of College Area on April 14 are sure to satisfy any craving. Both events feature dozens of delicious restaurants both new and old. Here are the details for each event.
Taste of Hillcrest
Noon to 4 p.m. at Fifth and Robinson Avenues
The dining district is welcoming all foodies to sample more than 40 restaurants within the eclectic neighborhood. Old favorites like Baja Betty’s and Tractor Room will be serving up samples alongside newbie restaurants Salt & Cleaver and 100 Wines. Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door.
Taste of College Area
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 4704 College Ave.
If you’re looking to eat food superior to the San Diego State dining hall, fear not. This taste event has rounded up some of the best restaurants in the city, including Terra American Bistro and 4.0 Deli. The event costs $25 in advance and $30 at the door.
