The San Diego Sunroad Boat Show is coming to town this weekend for the sixth year.
The event is held on the Sunroad Resort Marina on Harbor Island and features land and in-water exhibits for boaters of every age and price range.
More than 100 new and pre-cruised sailboats and motor yachts will be available to view and purchase as well as additional activities for the whole family.
California is ranked as one of the top 10 boating states in the nation. 90 percent of boats are made in the U.S.
The annual tradition opens Thursday and goes through to Sunday. It will be open from noon to 6 p.m. on the weekdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets for adults are $12 and kids 12 and under are free.
