    Located inside the luxurious Rancho Bernardo Inn, this newly remodeled restaurant offers sweeping views of the golf course paired with tasty locally grown food.

    Bang Bang
    526 Market St., Downtown
    This might be your new favorite happy hour downtown. With Asian-inspired dishes and drink with a kick, you’ll want to start all your weekend nights here.

    Iberico
    909 Prospect Street, La Jolla
    This trendy new spot in La Jolla has Spanish-style tapas and an abundance of seafood dishes. The food isn’t the only thing that shines—the restaurant’s décor is also welcoming and bright.

    Karl Straus Tasting Room

    5985 Santa Fe St., Bay Ho
    Though it’s technically not a restaurant, the new tasting room for Karl Strauss opening on July 27 promises to have food trucks visit on the regular to pair with its excellent brews.

    Lucky Bastard Saloon

    840 5th Ave., Downtown
    Nearly 40 screens decorate the inside of this new bar downtown so you can keep your eyes on the game. Want to play yourself? There’s pool, beer pong and shuffle board tables available for use.

    Magnolia Tap & Kitchen
    624 E St., Downtown
    If you’re craving southern comfort cooking, head downtown to this new spot. Plus there's a daily happy hour from 3-7 p.m. which has $4 local beers and $6 wines.

    Priority Public House
    576 N Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas
    Curb your craft beer fix at this new North County drinking hole. Happy hour offers $2 starters and a buck off brews and cocktails.

    Sea & Smoke
    2690 Via De La Valle, Del Mar
    This highly anticipated restaurant by chef extraordinaire Matt Gordon has North County locals clamoring for a seat at any table – inside or out. 

    Southpaw Social Club
    815 J St., Downtown
    Chef Rich Sweeney of Top Chef fame has opened up this new ballpark-adjacent spot in the heart of East Village. It’s a perfect place to go before a Padres game, and a great place to drown your sorrows when they lose afterwards.

    Wonderland Ocean Pub
    5083 Santa Monica Ave., Ocean Beach
    A welcome addition to Ocean Beach, Wonderland has unparalleled ocean views that pair well with their craft cocktails and beers. The classy twist on bar food is highly sought after, so make sure to get there early.
