VAVi’s “Ridiculous Obstacle Course” is back, and it’s dirtier than ever.

The annual race is filled with fun challenges that are fun for all ages. This year, the ROC Race 5k will feature 16 obstacles including a large inflatable slide, wrecking ball and two new mystery obstacles.

Teams and dressing up at the event are encouraged, do don’t be surprised if you see a group of Avengers making their way through Del Mar.

While the course in Del Mar is certainly muddy, the goal of ROC Race is squeaky clean. The event benefits the Challenged Athletes Foundation and the goal is to raise more than $50,000.

The top ROC fundraisers will win a few prizes, plus the first 250 people to raise $200 gets access to a VIP lounge hosted by basketball Hall-of-Famer Bill Walton. VIP members also get entered into a raffle to win exclusive prizes.

The ROC Race takes places at the Del Mar Race Track on May 11, with wave times ranging from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Registration starts at $65 and you can get more information on the ROC Race website.
