Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego Hosts 60th Anniversary Holiday Gala

The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego celebrates their 60th anniversary with a magical winter fantasy and confection competition to raise funds for programs and services.

The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego is celebrating its 60th Anniversary with the Gingerbread City 2014 holiday gala at the Grand Del Mar on Wednesday, December 3.

Hosted by Honorary Co-Chairs Ernest and Evelyn Rady, the nationally recognized competition will feature more than 60 top pastry chefs crafting gingerbread houses and other confections to raise money for services and programs offered by the foundation.

The grand prize will be announced by Honorary Celebrity Co-Chair Dick Enberg and the winning creation will be auctioned off at the end of the evening.

The Epilepsy Foundation of San Diego is a local non-profit serving children, adults and others whose lives have been affected by epilepsy. Services include advocacy, counseling, camps and seizure first aid training. The organization has been operating since 1954.
