Locals are saying the "Cardiff Kook's" most recent prehistoric getup might be the best costume the infamous statue has had. Artie Ojeda reports.

The Cardiff Kook has the Harlem Shakes.

The seaside statue has participated in the latest internet meme "Harlem Shake" in which a group dance party breaks out spontaneously.

A mouse mask donned the Kook's head while about 20 people dressed in various costumes danced around the statue.

It's not the first time the statue has been dressed up. Costume choices for the Kook include Elvis, the Cookie Monster and the victim of an elaborate prehistoric scene.
