When the sun hides in the clouds, the park is still open. The giant wave pool and the lazy river, are heated, according to an Aquatica San Diego news release, so expect to dip your toes into 78– to 82-degree water.

Guests can reserve new double loungers that include a small table, cooler and a place to lock up items for $34.99 in addition to park admission.

There's also an unlimited pass that can be purchased at the beginning of the summer for $44.
