Louis Farrakhan Rips Rihanna

The controversial Nation of Islam leader bashes the pop star.

Louis Farrakhan is no stranger to making controversial comments and now the Nation of Islam leader has taken aim at one of the biggest pop stars of the day: Rihanna.

In his annual Savior's Day Speech, which he delivered near Chicago on February 27, Farrakhan lashed out at the songstress for her racy clothing and erotic dance moves, calling her "filthy" and her fans "swine," reports PopEater.

Rihanna fired back at Farrakhan via Twitter.

"A minister says I perform filthy, sat+watched the filth, then called u SWINE for doin the same! Haa, Is that judgment in ur tone?" she wrote. "I certainly don't think u are swine! But a holy man of God does!!!"

In the speech, Farrakhan also praised Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard for creating a religion to "civilize white people," and said that he would stand by his long-time friend Moammar Gadhafi, the embattled Libyan leader who is currently trying to face down a democratic uprising in his country.
