Ladies' Night: Divas Rule Grammy Noms

The ladies have it this Grammy season

This year, the Grammys are shaping up to be all about the ladies.

In the major categories, music superstars Beyonce, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga are topping the nominations at the annual ceremony, which will air tonight.

Beyonce has 10 nominations, leading the pack of musicians set to be honored at this year's awards. Swift has eight Grammy nods, while Lady Gaga trails with five.

All three women are nominated for Album of the Year -- Swift's entry, "Fearless," topped the charts, as did Beyonce's "I am...Sasha Fierce" and Lady Gaga's breakout, "The Fame."

The other entries in the Album of the Year category are from female-fronted group the Black Eyed Peas, led by chart-topper Fergie, who also starred in this season's film hit, "Nine," and from the Dave Matthews Band.

The three ladies are also leading the pack for Record of the Year, with Beyonce's "Halo," Lady Gaga's "Poker Face," and Taylor Swift's "You Belong With Me." Kings of Leon's "Use Somebody" and the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" are also in contention.

Again, the trio dominates in the Song of the Year category, with "Poker Face" and "You Belong With Me" as well as Beyonce's "Single Ladies" in the running.

The women will square off -- along with other nominees including Eminem, Flo Rida, India.Arie and Keri Hilson -- tonight.
