"I'll probably be doing a play on Broadway in New York [next year]," the star told Access Hollywood.

Sleeper hit "The Hangover," which became the top-grossing R-rated comedy of all time this summer, is due on DVD and Blu-ray on December 15, but Justin fans won't have to wait long to have him back in theaters. He's starring in the romantic comedy, "The Rebound," opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones next year, as well as festival film "Holy Rollers" – a drug drama based on true events within the Hasidic Jewish community in New York.

"It's a gritty drama," Justin said, comparing the indie film to '70s fare such as "Mean Streets." "Not a comedy at all. It's competing at Sundance."

The film co-stars "Zombieland" actor Jesse Eisenberg, and Justin said the project – a change from their usual comedic material – was the result of the pair wanting a film to do together.

Still, he's looking forward to getting back together with his "Hangover" pals for the film's sequel.

"It'll be the same guys," he said. "It will not be in Vegas. Everything else is up in the air."

As for his other sequel options, Justin said he'd considered doing a third "National Treasure" movie, if the script was right and star Nicolas Cage returned.

"Never say never," he said, "I had a lot of fun making those movies."

Nicolas has had a tough time of it recently, with lawsuits and his father's passing, but Justin said he was handling his adversity well.

"We traded voice mails a little while ago when his father passed away," Justin said. "I left him a message with my condolences. He's such a great guy and with the amount of success he has, there's going to be strange stuff in the tabloid culture."
