According to the divorce docs, Wonder and Morris have been separated since October 2009, but are finally making it legal. The 62-year-old "Superstition" singer cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Wonder is asking for joint custody of the couple's two sons, Kailand, 10, and Mandla, 7. Wonder agrees to pay both spousal and child support to Morris.

The couple still has to settle how some of their assets will be split.
