Tragic testimony in the manslaughter case of Michael Jackson's former doctor revealed that the singer's children were present as their father drew his last breaths.

Jackson died in June, 2009, of an overdose of propofol, a powerful anesthetic he used as a cure for insomnia. Conrad Murray, who was Jackson's $150,000-per-month personal phhysician and was at the singer's mansion when he died, is on facing a trial for involuntary manslaughter.

Yesterday, a former Jackson employee testified that as Murray tried in vain to revive Jackson, the singer's children Paris, then 11,  and Prince, then 12, entered his bedroom.

"Paris screamed, 'Daddy,' and she started crying," Alberto Alvarez, a logistics director for Jackson, recalled.

Yesterday's revelations came during Day 2 of a hearing that will allow the judge to determine whether there's enough evidence for a trial for Murray, 57.

Alvarez said Murray, who had been giving Jackson mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, shouted, "Get them out! Get them out! Don’t let them see their father like this."

Jackson, 50, was later declared dead at the hospital.

If he goes to trial, Murray plans to claim Jackson gave himself the lethal dose, according to Reuters.
